This week, we were asked to create an “automatic drawing.” This was pretty hard. I did it was the help of my boyfriend. First, we went to Daiso and bought the oil crayons and then we found a huge piece of wood and taped the Rives BFK paper onto it. Then, we sat down, face-to-face, knees touching and placed the wood in between us. We chose a color and held the crayon on the middle of the paper. We closed our eyes and just sat there. Honestly, we didn’t know what we were doing. We then just moved our hands aimlessly around the paper and then changed colors. We had fun, but we still don’t know if we did it right. It was still a cool experience because it’s something we would never think of doing. We we laughing out butts off because we were so clueless and lost.
